A day @ ECP filled with happiness and pain....

A last min decision to go down to ECP for cycling, playing sparkler and most important seafood dinner!!

Weather was nice, sunny and bright. But while cycling, i got distracted by something and lose control of my bicycle... and fall!! (sob sob) I had bruises on my keen and my palm.. and i think i might have sprain my ankle.. although it kind of blue black and swollen but i hope by tomolo it will be better...

Took lots of pictures today..which gives me more ideas to do my scrapping..
Did 2 layouts today.. something different from the usual style that i always do.. and there's a few techniques that i learn from my last class was also applied on it..

Watching movie alone...

For this year.. I've been watching quite a number of movie alone.. Because someone refused to watch with me.. saying it's waste of me.. but it's ok..

I find joy in watching movie alone.. before i used to keep pestering M to watch movie but M just simply refuse to!! Till the film run end.. Haiz.. So now I'm so such smarter!! I rather watch movie alone than to keep asking someone to watch with me. and especially after my music lesson i can just drop by either GV or Cathy to watch my movie. I even get student rate discount!! hahahaha...

Hmm.. the most recent movie i watched alone.. is Bolt... Super cute movie and anyway I'm a sucker for cartoons! Hehe..

After fun-ta-tics class...

Yup.. I've finally done with my last workshop of this year!! ~_~v

I loved this workshop and have great fun.. cutting all the rainbows and mushroom.. haha.. After that my eyes are all crossed.. x_x

Total of 3 layouts are done in the class.. there's another bonus layout but i've yet to touch on it yet.. as i'm just busy with my assignments and BA revision!!!!

Which means.. there goes my Christmas.. I'll have to stay home and do my revision.. Haiz...

One of this bag will be my present for myself after I'm done with my exams....

{ Fun-tas-tic} workshop @ MWL

Yes, I've finally enrolled myself in another scrapbook workshop on this coming Friday!!

19/12/2008 the day i will attend this long awaited workshop, as i don't have my evening class... yeah!!

Descriptiong of the workshop i'll be attending:

All about stamps...

Yup yup.. as per my previous entries, my latest obsession is STAMPS!! Be it wooden or clear stamps, i just love it!

Josephine brought me to this new craft store at Novena.. they sells the almost all the collections of stamps!! And some of my favourite brands are Hero Arts, Stampendous and Penny Black...
These 3 stamps in terms of design and price are very nice, cute and all very reasonable.

My pocket has just suffered a huge hole because i brought a few stamps there... so I'm going to visit the shop after Christmas to buy some more stamps...

Perhaps i can start to make cards with all my newly brought stamps!! hahahaha.. just can't wait!

Recently i brought quite alot of scrapping tools!! Esp my sizzix and also i brought quite a number of stamps and a box of expensive water crayons!!

Hehehe... Although it's expensive but i love the colours!! The picture that I've upload, doesn't do justice.. The sunflower was stamp and coloured... And the white flower was done by my sizzix...

This is quite a simple piece.... I'm going to further hone my skills soon as I've just sign myself up for another class!! Yeah...

And I'm going to buy another batch of stamps soon..... Await for my bonus..

I'm finally the proud owner of sizzix's sidekick.. although i wanted to buy bigshot in the first place but than J and I were discussing which machine will be suitable for me. And we decided that sidekick will be just nice for me. Although this pink machine can only cut papers, unlike bigshot where it can cut all sorts of material. But i like that fact that it's small and it's the dies that i like..All dies are so cute..

I'm going to produce some of my layout using this 2 dies than Lydia and Manov brought for me as birthday presents!! Hehe..

Hero Arts... Wooden block / Clear Stamps.

My recent obsession... I love all the stamps that hero arts has.. and how they use it on Cards and Scrapbook layout.. In the website, i learn several techniques too..

My friends...

I've always wanted to do an layout with my friends.. but most of the time we're at work.. and we got to wear uniform... thus.. i don't find it nice to scrap with us wearing uniform...

On Deepavali, all of us went to Manov's place to celebrate it.. and it was a public holiday so we don't have to work... I manage to take a pic of all of us...

It's really fun to gather like this, we don't have to bother abt work.. Must talk, laugh and eat..

A year older..

I'm officially a year older!!! Times flies and now I'm already 24 years old!!

Haiz... anyway... which mean I'm also a year wiser.. Before i turn 24 years old.. I've told myself that there are certain things that I'm going to let go and certain things I'm going to keep.. My relationship is M is definitely letting go... It's the best that the both of us don't have any connection with each other because each time our words used on each other are just plain harsh..

Anyway.. I've just completed 2 layouts.. which I'll upload soon!!

Today's my off day and i actually planned to do my layout.. but unfortunately i fall sick... So weak!!

Wonder why flu bugs likes to attack me?? I'm so prone to flu.. Or maybe it's my office's air con that makes me sick! Although now it's winter seasons in some 4 season country but Yamaha doesn't have to follow!!! The air con was adjust at 21 degree.. and air is super chilling! Even wearing a jacket is not enough to keep warm.

Seeing a doctor soon and when i have enough rest... I'll start on my layout soon... hehee

Sizzix has arrive!!!

Wahaha.. There are new arrivals at MWL today and i finally get to take a look at sizzix's items and i immediately fall in love with it... and i'm telling myself that i'm going to get it no matter what!! And happens that it's my birthday month so i would get to enjoy 20% off the price of sizzix which is $160!!! Yahoo.... although it's kind of ex but it's THE machine that can do all sorts of die cuts... which i think is better than Quickutz..

I love the samples done with the bigshot at MWL... Which makes me all the more to buy this!!! Esp the swirl thingy..

Haiz... I will get this end of the month.. in the mean time... just let me drool at the pictures ba...

Haha... I'm going to start another layout soon... My term break is ending soon, and next week I'm going to start my new term soon.. So poor thing but i must jia you!! As this term will be my last terms.. (^_^v)

I also looking forward to 13th Nov.... although i hope that we can spend it together but unfortunately I've to work and you're still busy with ur exams..

My latest creations!

Today marks the end of my term 3 test paper! I'm so happy that it has finally ended.. Had quite a stressful weeks.. with lots of things happening too...

In relief stress... i did 2 layout straight.. It's easy cos i sort of scrap lift from the sketches given at the scrapbook website.

Both photos were taken during my rush trip to Hongkong and also using my new brought camera to take all the snap shots.. and this trip has proven to me that I've made a right choice for my camera! Haha..

Keeps and to throw..

It's been a while since i've last scrap.. due to my exams!! Which is super stress full! But i'm going to complete my exams tomolo.. which mean i will have time to scrap again! Haha...

My hobbies and passion for scrapping will remain but i know that certain things have to let go no matter how hard i hold on to it... it just won't work out!

Haiz.. Exams coming and I'm so stress that i didn't have any time to do my scraps!!!

But after the exams I'm definitely going to sign up for another class... Haha.. maybe in time to pick up some new techniques to apply on the photos on my birthday!!

This layout was done quite some time ago... I like the flower chipboard that has the glass pieces glued on it... I couldn't find the glass pieces in MWL store so most likely I'm going to hunt for it elsewhere..

I think i did this piece when i was super stress about things at work.

I cut so many circles to destress and didn't want to waste it so i paste it all over the layout... heihei

People said that eating chocolate is a way to destress and make one happy.. But I do scrapbook to make me feel happy.. this way it won't make me fat!! Haha

And recently i have a serious obsession with OWL!! I do not know the reasons why, but I've been getting pattern papers with Owls, clear stamps with owls which i already have 3. OMG!!

This cutie layout done has lots of my effort inside as this layout has lots of cutting, painting even the matting of photos are differently done..

The word "laugh" comes from a Rubs-On... Hehe and i personally like the whales.. It's so cute.

The matting/cropping for this layout.. uses a circle photo mat.. but my cutting of ciricle doesn't look like one...

The leave design is also from rub-ons.

14th Oct.. My birth of scrapbooking blog!

Yeah.. I've been thinking of whether to set up a blog just solely for my scrapbooks layout... and finally, i hit the button and create this blog..

This blog will be solely just for my scrap booking layouts where i will upload all my scrapbooks passions.... photos, tools.... and every things about it...

I'm just crazy about scrap booking!!! Haha.... Oh... I've also been upgrade to Scrapaholic for Life at Made With Love Shop.... Yeah!! (^_^V) I'll get to enjoy more discounts.. arg, more discounts means more spending... oh no!!! I can resist purchasing a new bag or shoes but i just can't resist buying my supplies of scraping materials at MWL.

Hmm.. Let me recall back when i started to fall in love with this hobby... I think it was last year June when i came back from my Hk trip with Minghui.. I walk into MWL store and fall in love instantly with all the nice papers and how the designers at MWL, design their layout and at times a simple photo with creatively, can bring out the story that the photos is telling us...

And since the both of us said that we're going to do a layout base on our Hk photos, i tried to do a layout and from there i started my passion for scrapbook.

And till this very moment, i not scrap about my holidays, i scrap about my life, friends, favourite things, and many more. It will be my album of my life recorded in pictures, words and with all my love....
