Changi Village - Revisit!

At my previous post on Changi Boardwalk, i mention that i'm going to revist Changi Village to capture sunset....
Hmmm, well i didn't managed to capture any sunset cos the weather is simply too hot for us to wait till evening time.

So we walk around, snap a few photos here and there. Ate the famous food there.... and quickly make our way to Tampines Mall! Need to hide in air-con places.

Weather is too hot for me to stand

At Changi Beach.. but dear say it has Malaysia feel

These planes are so close to us...

Such an old school...

Must eat Nasi Lemak

Dear's favourite - Fried Carrot Cake!
After our escape from Changi Village, we went to Tampines mall and i bought Garretts Popcorn which i've been wanting to try ever since they are in Singapore.
And just nice they just open a new store in Tampines Mall... Thought its quite costly for a small pack of popcorn but i still prefer the kettle corn that i ate in San Francisco.

Silly Sleeply expression

Try smiling with his mouth full

My pop corn!!

Manage to view the post sunset at Pasir Ris Park

Our tired yet happy face.
After the hot weather and non windy day... we ended the day with a happy face and vow to catch sunset soon at Changi Village!

Love....

I find across this quotes when i was searching for some inspiration quotes for my scrapbooking and would like to share this with all of you.

"Find a guy who calls you beautiful instead of hot, who calls you back when you hang up on him, who will lie under the stars and listen to your heartbeat, or will stay awake just to watch you sleep... wait for the boy who kisses your forehead, who wants to show you off to the world when you are in sweats, who holds your hand in front of his friends, who thinks you're just as pretty without makeup on. One who is constantly reminding you of how much he cares and how lucky he is to have you... The one who turns to his friends and says, 'that's her.

I guess some people have to go thru many failed relationships to finally meet this one guy that is truly meant for her..
Somehow i believe that those failed relationships are lessons to be learned so that when you meet this perfect guy for you, you wont make the same mistakes and you will cherish this relationship more than anything else....

Changi Boardwalk ~ March 2011

Since last year, I've been wanting to go to Changi Boardwalk - Sunset Walk to capture sunset! I love the golden tone in the sky.. But for many reasons, i wasn't able to make it last years.

So I decided to make a trip to Changi Boardwalk this year March.. Once i step foot into Changi Village, I realise that it has not change much. ( The previous time i was there was really donkey years ago!)

Though it's a pity that i didn't manage to capture the sunset cos we didn't know which way to go to the boardwalk.. ended up we walk a big round.. By then, the sun has set..

Later Im going to revist Changi Boardwalk again.. and this time round.. Im going to capture sunset!
Heheheh

In the mean time while waiting for my bf to meet, i should learn how to capture beautiful sunset photos!

Scrapbook Altered Art Projects

Recently I did 2 projects.

1) Is a madalion flower for my best friend at work.. as her birthday present!

With the help of my favourite glue : Becon's glue!
This glue is really good!! It's fast drying glue and it sticks really well!

2) Ikea Altered Art Frame

Remember that i bought this unity stamp quite some time ago and never had the chance to use it... Today while watching tv serial.. i decided to stamped it and use my water crayon to colour it.. And i'm quite happy with the effects..

Used glitter mist on the photo frame boarder and randomly stamp the musical notes.. Suddenly i itch to own a stamp of words.. like those kind of words that you can find in dictionary.. hahaha

Maybe i shall try searching try various stamp makers website..
