When the inspiration strike..

When I have the inspiration to scraplift or just to simply scrap...

I usually do more than 1 layout and last weekend.. I did 3! So much creative juices!

Get to scrap some picture from my actual day wedding... 

Altered this ikea photo frame... the hybrid bear & doraemon picture within the frame is drawn by my husband who thinks that I look like this whenever he sees me!!!!! Seriously!!!!!!!

I have no idea how my husband's mind work.. He always sees me in a bear like form... Weird??!

Okay... I'm lazy to think now... so that's all for now!!!

IKEA Lust...

I'm lusting over these items.

So badly in need of a full length mirror but currently I'm residing with Mr Lee and his parents, I can't do much to his room (eg, change a bigger wardrobe).

I've been searching for a cheap full length mirror but my search are futile. Until I saw this... at Ikea's website!! Price: S$12.90! I can mount it on the wall! Yeah!! I can't wait to get my hands on you!!!
I have the perfect spot for this mirror, I just need to pack Mr Lee's room abit!

Raskog Kitchen Trolley

Yup, you're right.. it's a kitchen trolley but I was thinking of using this to store some of my nicks nags.. Price point is abit high, at $89. Wanted this first before I saw the full length mirror but now I don't know where I can place this if I were to purchase. Hmm... might KIV! Hahaha

Aspelund Wardrobe with 3 doors

If space allow, I would have gotten this and solve all problems! Cause this can fit our clothings and it already have a full length mirror but too bad the aircon position is right smack in the middle. I can't purchase any 3 doors wardrobe because will hit the aircon.

Rabalder Cable reel

This can be handy for tidying up all the wires around the mini table. Sometimes I need so much wire going around... makes me grumpy! Because the room is so untidy!!! 

Maybe I can add some artificial plants in our room... Actually I'm mad in love with the zinc flower pot.. that I actually bough 2 of the slightly bigger size as my DIY flower decoration for my wedding. After the wedding, instead of storing plants / flowers, the zinc buckets that i bought, I reuse it to some some pens / pinwheels and other stuffs....

I can't wait for our house to ready!! Can't wait to start design our house!!

Bedroom Inspirations

It's also time for us to revamp Mr Lee's room.

Currently his room is fit for a bachelor to stay but it's not fit for a newlywed to stay in. Firstly bed isn't big enough and the Wardrobe isn't big enough to fit both of our clothing.

So it's time to search for inspirations..

I've also fancy a black / grey / white with a hint of pop colours to decorate room.. I've yet to discuss with Mr Lee what kind of colours he will like. But i think he will choose black and white.

Today my mother is having furniture fair at Singapore Expo. So i went there to try out the mattress and managed to choose the mattress and bed frame for Mr Lee's room..

The mattress that we will be sleeping for at least 3 years till our  SK abode is ready.

Beside settled our bed, we also have choosen ur table & chair, waiting for a time when we are both free to go to Ikea to purchase it!

I love Altered Art

As you guys know, my wedding is coming near. And I'm a very hands on bride, does alot of DIY for my wedding.

So I decided to do this altered art frame to be placed at my reception table. There are more ideas and I've yet to do it. But I've more projects to come!

I've also just send it my DIY crystals bouquet & groom corsage to a vendor for her to help me to tied and decorate it!..

My months of hard work & effort! 

Some basically most of our wedding preparation are done. 

Just another 3 more months! I'm looking forward to the day I marry my best friend. =)

Port Dickson Mini Album

A while ago, I flipped thru a scrapbook magazine and saw a similar altered art project using ikea's photo frame.

So I gave my try on it!

And was quite happy with the result!!

Enjoyed my birthday celebration last weekend with my family and love one!

And somehow I have decided on my goals for myself to achieve before i hit 28 years old.

• Car license - Previously learned under a bad and impatient instructor, failed my practical test and now learning under a better instructor, I've to retake my advance theory before I can book my next practical test. So ma fun!! Haiz.. My next theory exam will be next year 20th Jan! Hopefully I can pass!!!!

• Better job opportunity - I've been working in my current company for close to 7 years... Feels like it's almost time for me to move on and change to another job. Currently I'm waiting for the right time to start my job hunt!

• Do what i like to do to - I've been wanting to start my own online business. Right now, I'm planning and sourcing for ideas... Hopefully that someday, my wish can come true!

Counting down to Xmas

Recently I've been very busy with concerts held at work that I've totally lost my creative juice to scrap.. thus Ive been a super lazy scrapper!

Mention previously that I wanted to work on altered art frame.. search on google to let me have some inspiration..

So I'm still trying to work on it.. hopefully I can complete it before Christmas..

This month is also one of my favourite month... having log cakes, exchanges of gifts, beautiful lighting... and i like the Christmas feel of spreading Love, Peace and Hope...

Oh and i added my wish list too... for Santa.. Hmm, I won't say that I'm at my best behaviour this year but I've been a good girl... Do my work, my chores.. But i will definitely keep my room neater by next year and be more diligently on exercising to have a healthy lifestyle!
