Too much or Too Little?

Fall sick over the weekend and it got worst on Monday! Or maybe it's Monday thats why I got even more sick??

Anyway... it's the common illness; flu, fever and sore throat....

For 2 days of MC.... these are the amount of medicine that I've to take.. Gosh!!

I wonder if i work / think too much or I have little intake of vitamins... after this illness, I'm going to increase my vit C intake!!!!!

Here is what I'm been doing recently...

Next on my list is to source for pearls & blings blings at at better price!!

Come to realise that I haven't been doing much scrapbook layout.. hmm..

This should be my next inspiration for my upcoming scrapbook page layout!!

When the inspiration strike..

When I have the inspiration to scraplift or just to simply scrap...

I usually do more than 1 layout and last weekend.. I did 3! So much creative juices!

Get to scrap some picture from my actual day wedding... 

Altered this ikea photo frame... the hybrid bear & doraemon picture within the frame is drawn by my husband who thinks that I look like this whenever he sees me!!!!! Seriously!!!!!!!

I have no idea how my husband's mind work.. He always sees me in a bear like form... Weird??!

Okay... I'm lazy to think now... so that's all for now!!!

I love Altered Art

As you guys know, my wedding is coming near. And I'm a very hands on bride, does alot of DIY for my wedding.

So I decided to do this altered art frame to be placed at my reception table. There are more ideas and I've yet to do it. But I've more projects to come!

I've also just send it my DIY crystals bouquet & groom corsage to a vendor for her to help me to tied and decorate it!..

My months of hard work & effort! 

Some basically most of our wedding preparation are done. 

Just another 3 more months! I'm looking forward to the day I marry my best friend. =)

Altered Art {Photo Tray}

I remember quite a while (maybe 1 year back) I purchase the 7 gypsies photo tray. At that time, I wanted to altered it for my USA trip back in 2010 but then I decided not to and kept it till now waiting for the right moment.

So this morning, I woke up... looking at my scrapbook shelf corner where photo tray is kept. I decided to altered it with our pre wed photos and placed it at our reception table during our Actual Day.

Usually I spend almost 1 hour with my normal layout scrapbooking but with this altered art. I took 3.5 hours and I think its worth it.

Using mostly Amy Tangerine's collection from American Craft for some of the embellishment and pattern papers.

Since it's pertaining to wedding, i decided to go with the simple look. With the nature colours as my theme, since mine will be a Garden wedding! =)

There are many more DIY that I'm planing to do for my wedding! I hope with 3 mths tight time line, I have enough time to do!

Rainy seasons....

If only I live in the other part of the world.. than I will experience Winter Christmas... But in reality.. I'm staying in this tropical island.. where the weather is either Sunny, Cloudy or Rainy...

So the rainy season has arrive.. For the past few days, It has been raining almost like the whole day. How I wish I can bring my boots out to wear!!

Anyway.. stop all my rumbling of the weather.. These are what I did over the last weekend when the weather is just so perfect for me to scrap!

Dream Holiday

Did some altered art bookmarks for my friends as Christmas. And since it's holiday season, I scrap this photo that I took when I was at Vegas last year.. A "fake" eiffel tower down the strip of Vegas... And I actually did some creative filter that is in my new Samsung Galaxy S2 smartphone.

To be able to go to Paris or Rome is my life time dream... hope that someday I can actually step foot in this city of love.

I did a simple shadow box frame with my family photo.

Have been wanting to scrap on this photo that we took during Chinese New Year this year.

Using Ikea Shadow Frame 9x9 inch.

Here is my go at shadow frame...

Got addicited in creating shadow box frames..
Im going to Ikea to source for more frames and more ideas to create!

Scrapbook Altered Art Projects

Recently I did 2 projects.

1) Is a madalion flower for my best friend at work.. as her birthday present!

With the help of my favourite glue : Becon's glue!
This glue is really good!! It's fast drying glue and it sticks really well!

2) Ikea Altered Art Frame

Remember that i bought this unity stamp quite some time ago and never had the chance to use it... Today while watching tv serial.. i decided to stamped it and use my water crayon to colour it.. And i'm quite happy with the effects..

Used glitter mist on the photo frame boarder and randomly stamp the musical notes.. Suddenly i itch to own a stamp of words.. like those kind of words that you can find in dictionary.. hahaha

Maybe i shall try searching try various stamp makers website..

Recently didn't have much inspiration to scrap....
Hopefully this stay only for a period of time... after my mood gets better. Be more cheerful and happier!

Counting down to Xmas

Recently I've been very busy with concerts held at work that I've totally lost my creative juice to scrap.. thus Ive been a super lazy scrapper!

Mention previously that I wanted to work on altered art frame.. search on google to let me have some inspiration..

So I'm still trying to work on it.. hopefully I can complete it before Christmas..

This month is also one of my favourite month... having log cakes, exchanges of gifts, beautiful lighting... and i like the Christmas feel of spreading Love, Peace and Hope...

Oh and i added my wish list too... for Santa.. Hmm, I won't say that I'm at my best behaviour this year but I've been a good girl... Do my work, my chores.. But i will definitely keep my room neater by next year and be more diligently on exercising to have a healthy lifestyle!
