It's the most Wonderful time of the Year~

Merry Christmas everyone!!!

Christmas season is my favorite time of the year! Because I get to shop for legti reasons!
Yeah! And of course, receiving bonuses from work hence I think December is a great month to reward yourself for all the hard work you've done the past year!

As for rewarding myself.. I got myself a brand new tote bag! Hehe ^_^
Remember my previous entry regarding my dilemma between 2 bags. Well, problem solved!

Ta- da!! Say Hello to my new bag!!

Okay.. the photo that I snap using my phone (taken at my office's desk) doesn't do justice to this bag.

So I went to Pinterest to have a better quality image to show.

I've been wanting to get a black classic tote bag for the longest of time. As mention previously,  I've been eyeing on this Vanessa Bruno's sequin tote bag for quite some time.

I remembered checking it out at one of the store at Mandrain Gallery.. The medium size tote cost at $270 ~ $290 plus. That was when I was expecting Dani in mid of 2013.
But somehow I didn't purchased it there n then.

So this Christmas, I decided to purchase this instead of the Givenchy tote shop. Well, cost is a huge factor. Plus I think it's time for me to just go ahead and purchase this sequin that screams "IT's SO FELICIA, JUST BUY ME HOME!".

So this Christmas, our celebration are pretty subtle. Cause this year, we didn't went holiday unlike last year, we went Thailand for Christmas + babymoon.

Managed to had lunch with my gf, S @ Poulet, Bugis +.. to pass her her gift. And then dinner with my brother & hubs with baby Danielle in tow at the Sukiya Resturant @ Bukit Panjang Plaza.

Didn't snaps any photo cause throughout the whole dinner time, Danielle is very cranky. Wants to be carried. Guess it's the lack of sleep?!

We dropped by Sengkang area today and checkout our new place. Saw lots of blocks are ready only left 1 or 2 blocks at the back that are still going thru constructions.

Keeping my fingers crossed that we can received the keys between Jan - March 2015!!!

Christmas wish list!

All I want for Christmas...

is either  a Givenchy Bambi Shopping Tote Bag or Vanessa Bruno Sequin Embellishment bag!!

 I've been eyeing on this bag since 2013... I always didn't get myself to purchase it.
The big size is pretty good for me to bring out for work or with Danielle's stuffs.

The price is quite alright.. cost about $300. But.. paying at least hundreds for a bag and ppl won't know that you're carrying a designer bag... makes me abit hesitate to purchase.

But then again, those who know Vanessa Bruno's works will know that I'm carrying her bag..

See... I'm in dilemma.

I popped by Givenchy store at Paragon one day and saw that they have this shopping tote bag on display. I like big tote bag in bucket shape!! 

In fact, I've a few bags with similar shapes. But I can foresee that this bag is gonna bring me thru work, yoga and even when I'm out with Danielle.

Cost me $1750 but it's not calfskin.. it's just coated canvas..

I could purchase both and solve the problem but then.. I dun need 2 new bags..

Can't decide.....

Well let's wait till Christmas is nearer than I should decide again.

Bag Lust : Louis Vuitton

One of my many weakness is my lust for BAGS!!! To be honest, I have quite a lot of bags that will probably last me quite awhile.

Guess I bought the some bags when I was at States. Bought a total of 3 Kate Spade bags & 1 Marc Jacob bag. Alright, don't judge me. These bags are much cheaper in States than in Singapore. So since then it's been quite alright since I bought any branded bags... (don't count those that I bought on Taobao) ^_^

Till last December, a Givenchy Pandora bag added in to my collections.... and since then I acquire another Celine Phantom bag.

Didn't really think that I wanna add another bag to my ever growing collections of bags till recently I chance upon this bag...

Saw this lady carrying it while I was shopping at Sephora. It's been a classic design but I guess recently they must have bring in new colours.

Speedy 25 in full emboss leather

When I saw this bag, I was like wow... it's nice!! I wonder how much it cost??!

So today while I meet up S for brunch, we walked into LV store at ION and I saw this bag........ well it comes with a price tag of $3900 but the blue colour is sold out islandwide. I asked if will they be bringing in this colour again, SA told me that they discontinued this colour... 

So I thought... maybe I can consider this Speedy in daimer checkers instead.. SA told me that it cost $1880. Such a huge price difference because this is a treated canvas and the one above is full leather.

S was telling me that since it's sold out islandwide, guess I have to purchase it in another country...

Maybe it's cheaper too! Haha

Yes, I lust for this bag but I think I can consider the full leather or daimer checkers in the time being as I told myself that I'm not going to purchase another bag till maybe end of this year.

A good reason for me to gift myself as a birthday present? ^_^

Oh, did I also mention that my maternity leave is ending soon??! Like in a few days!!!!

Gonna miss this period of time.. will post on my maternity leave.

My lust list for BAGS~

I have been always a bags and shoes girl. They are my WEAKNESS!!

Though I think I have improve alot lately as I don't buy shoes nor bags as often as I do before.

So currently I have been lusting over these 2 days...

Givenchy  Antigona Shiny Smooth Leather Bag

I have no idea how much is the price point of these bags but given the name. My bet is at least 2.5 - 3K??

The Antigona bag is more of a classic work bag. Nice match is I always wear office wear.

Givenchy Medium Nightingale 

This Nightingale bag has been come for quite some time. But I still like the design. I've always love tote bags that is roomy enough. 

This bag would suit me more because it's more for causal and smart causal. 

I have been lusting over this 2 bags since I dunno when too.. Saw quite a few ladies wearing it on the streets and it's not as common as LV, Prada, Mui Mui and many others.

I was wondering if I should save up and purchase this or source around TB website to see if there is any inspired ones???

Addicted to KATE SPADE!!

 


 I've self proclaimed myself as bags freak!! Cos ever since my last to USA, my collection of Kate Spade bags is ever growing....

Before i left for States, I only own 1 kate spade bag which is a Lenox Hill Stevie.. So happy that I got this bag.. carried to work and to shopping.. In fact almost every where i go.... until i fly off to states...

And when i was in states, i tell myself that i must purchase at least 1 kate spade bag back home... thus i brought the Kate Spade Big Apple Bon Shopper bag which is the 1st picture... I love the 2 tone colour!
When one is in States, who doesn't visit their famous factory outlets?? So i do as the local does... I shopped at the factory outlet and purposly make a trip to this outlet when im in Las Vegas.. Because there is Kate Spade factory outlet store!!!!

And i brought another Lady bug bag and 2 wristlets for myself.. which make me a very happy girl!!

As the story goes... it's almost 2-3 mths since im back from my wonderful trip from USA... Kate Spade decided to have SALES!!! And of cos, how can i resist it? I brought the Barrow Street to add to my collection and also some how i have the Renwick Street Anabel in my collections too....

So, this is to remind me that i shall put a stop to my collection of Kate Spade bags for a very long while.....
