Scrapbook 2014 - First Layout

It's been awhile since I last scraped... ever since I'm pregnant, I hardly have the energy and with the heavy belly, it's quite difficult for me to carry out those boxes (where I hold all my scrapping stuffs) out to scrap.

Now that Danielle has a fixed sleeping schedule in the afternoon which means that I have some ME time at home, I keep scrapped a layout...

Hmm.. I was aiming to have at least 1 layout in a month... at least to keep those creative juices going and to exhaust some of my scrapbook materials. If not I keep on buying but dun get to use it.

January 2014 - Our first wedding anniversary

I tried to keep it to theme for my monthly layout. Eg, in the month of January, the most significant 

event for me is our Wedding Anniversary.

So here is my layout...

Marriage has taught me that life no longer revolves around me alone. Now my life includes my husband. So things that I say or do, I will always try to spare a thought for him. Listen and always give support. Cause I always believe that in this relationship.. I give 100%, my husband gives me back 100% or even more too...

I've started my first layout.. currently I'm behind time with 2 more layouts... Lets hope that these few days, I have the creative juice to scrapped.

Fruitful Long Weekends

I so love love love long weekends.. especially when my husband is enjoying the same holidays as me...

On Good Friday, We went out on a date to Universal Studios. It's both our first time at USS, but its Mr Lee's first time stepping into a theme park. As for me, I've been to Universal Studios in Hollywood and I'm pretty sure the it's alot more fun in LA than SG. Well, we can't complain much due to the space constraint...

It's a pity that we didn't take all the rides cause half way thru, skies turn gloomy with a few thunder and lightings. Plus the weather is super super huimd!!! 

Mr Lee and I decided that we will make another trip back and this time we will visit during a weekday & purchase the express pass. I was hoping that we can book a hotel and have a stay cation!

Hehehe!!  And I can't wait for our mini getaway to Bali in June! Saw this great offer at Groupon. Go check this out! Groupon

The place on the website seems really nice so we decided to book a 3D2N... just received confirmation from the hotel. Now it's time for us to look at flights! Hopefully we can get cheap tickets to Bali!!

Rules of Happy Marriage

Came across this "12 Rules of Happy Marriage" and decide to post here.

Both Mr Lee and I are happily married for 3 months. Time flies huh??! It only seems like yesterday, we got married. They say that wedding is just a event but marriage, this part take lots of work and effort to make everything right. And I can't agree more.

From time to time, Mr Lee will always say that marrying me is one of his best thing in life, he never regret the decision and I can't agree more too. Being married to Mr Lee is one of the best thing in my life.  How can I not this man more than myself? Hehehee..

Recently things are getting busier in office and I can't wait for my mini getaway trip but my plans always get delayed because Mr Lee needs to make sure that his schedule coincide with school holidays. This make our mini getaway trip so tough to plan.

Haiz.. I seriously hope that Mr Lee can do away his Sunday classes and spend some time with me and for himself too. Imagine almost every weekend, I'm alone at home with Fat Cat and heading to some ulu park to catch the Golden Hour to feed my photography hobby.

I do wish we can spend some weekend together like catching movies, a stroll in the park, watch sunset and other silly stuffs..

Please let me have a mini getaway soon!! I'm almost burnout already!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did I mention that it's only Wednesday today! Mid week only??!! 2 more days to go!

It's been 3 years!

Tomorrow is Valentine's Day and it's also our 3rd year dating anniversary.

Applied half day leave to spend some quality dating time with Mr Lee..... Some might know, Mr Lee isn't the most romantic guy on earth. Nay... he won't present me with flowers, expensive / fancy gifts or dinner..
His way of celebrating - IS TO SPEND TIME WITH ME.

Yup... that is his way. I'm not complaining here because that's just how I want to spend my time with him.

He is just the perfect guy for me...

My husband, the one I can lean on, cheer me up and always make me smile / laugh.
The one I love most.

Love is not just finding the right person, but creating a right relationship. Its not about how much love  you have in the beginning but how much love you have build in the end.

Wondering where should we go for our Valentine's Day date??

Wedding preparation: Filed! + Hair Trial

Yesterday night both Mr Lee and I finally have the time to sit down together and do our filing of the marriage!!!

Supposed to filed this in October but Mr Lee was kinda busy and I was busy settling other stuffs of the wedding..

For filing of marriage, couples will have to serve the 21 days notice, if case anyone objects (which i highly doubt it).. hehe.. The earliest we can file our notice is 5th Oct and latest date was 10th Dec 2012.

Previously we have already gotten our JP's license number, met up with him and he has signed the consent letter. Once you have that in order, next thing is to prepare 2 witness IC number. For both of us, get our mothers to be our witness.

Finally we settled this important step of getting married! Countdown to another 1 month and 20 days!!

Tomorrow I'll heading to Sattine for my hair trial and Mr Lee's jacket and pants selections.

I've collated afew hair styles that I love and I hope that these hairstyle can suit my wedding gowns!
