Post Hongkong Trip 2010 - Day 3 ~ Disneyland Resort My

This post will be about my 3rd day in Hongkong..

Before i make my trip to HK, I've been doing my homework.. and realise that many bloggers recommended this Dim Sum restaurant in Yau Ma Tei area, call Tim Ho Wan 添好運.
And it's been awarded 1 Michelin Star!

After seeing the photos, you will know that it's worth the 1hr plus waiting time!

Next stop.. we went straight to Disneyland after our Dim Sum... though I've been to Hongkong's Disneyland for the 3rd time.. Still, Disneyland will always hold a special charm on me..
There wasn't any parade on the day that i visit cos they are preparing for the Christmas theme... but nevertheless.. i managed to watch the Golden Mickey show which i haven't seen before.. cos there aren't time to watch when im at Disneyland.. And i took the roller coaster ride at Tomorrowland! And for the 1st time, I manage to snap a picture with Sitch!!

Brought a mini christmas hat... just nice for the christmas party that I'll having this weekend at my office!
As usual the que to take photo with Minnie and Mickey is super long.. thus i didn't que...

Using my 55-250mm lens to take this shot!

My very first photo with Stich!!

Finally get to take photo with Snow White.. Now Im left with Sleeping Beauty & Mulan!

Buzz LightYear...

Rushing here and there to take photos with Disney characters and rides.. makes us forget about dinner!!! But i didn't want to have dinner thus we tahan our hunger.. Watch fireworks and make our way back...

Wondering..

Heaven has no rage like love to hatred turned / Nor hell a fury like a woman scorned

This 1 guy that really pissed me off!!

Why? Because he is selfish and inconsiderate.
And this time, this lady ain't going to give in!

Lusting for Cath Kidston's stuffs

I didn't really know about this brand until my friend asked me to help her to purchase similar to Cath Kidston's design bags in Hongkong.

Something about Cath Kidston...

Cath Kidston Ltd was founded in 1993 when designer Cath Kidston opened a tiny shop in London’s Holland Park. She began by selling the vintage fabrics, wallpapers and brightly-painted junk furniture she remembered fondly from her childhood. Her clever, witty re-working of traditional English country house style meant that her shop soon became a cult success.

Gradually Cath began to design her own prints and products. One of the first was a printed ironing board cover – practical, quirky and with a distinctive floral print, it has come to epitomize the Cath Kidston look. The product base has expanded steadily to include an extensive range of homewares as well as women’s fashion and accessories and the 2008 launch of the Cath Kids brand. Various products are manufactured under license by companies such as Churchill China.

Over the years Cath Kidston’s high-profile collaborations have included creating tents with Millets (2005-6), Nokia mobile phones with Carphone Warehouse (2006) and collectible radios with Roberts (2005 onwards).  In 2008 Cath Kidston collaborated with Tesco and Marie Curie Cancer Care to produce printed eco shopping bags made from plastic bottles which raised over £485k for the charity. Cath Kidston has also published five books, most recently Sew! with Quadrille in October 2009 – a follow up to 2008’s hugely successful Make! book.

Cath Kidston Limited has expanded steadily to become the unique global lifestyle brand it is today, with Cath remaining the Creative Director.

At that time when i was in Hongkong, searching for the Cath Kidston inspired bag for my friend... wasn't very keen.. And after I'm back from my trip, kah-po and search thru Google.. and i instantly fall in love with in mini sling bags!!! I almost kick my butt for not getting the inspired Cath Kidston bag at Hongkong cos on my last day, the SA keep recommending me the sling bag... But i wasn't very interested.. haiz. And it only cost SG$16!!

Anyway, luckily I can purchase Cath Kidston bags online. Eyeing on these 3 items!!

Hmm.. guess i have to budget and see which item(s) should i buy and sent via Vpost!
Hehehee
