So while been home alone and bf is teaching.. i multi tasked! I source for scrapbook ideas thru my archive of scrap booking photos that i like the scrapbook designer's style and design. And a very lazy scrapper, I scrap lift.. So while watching my TVB drama Relic Of An Emissary, I used the washi tapes to create a string of banner and slowly build up my layout...

Synopsis:
The story begins with the sons of the Hung-mo Emperor returning to the capital city as a show of filial piety to their father, who has fallen extremely ill. Secretly, the princes are harboring intentions to succeed the throne. As a result, chaos surrounds the kingdom, and a chain of conspiracies and schemes begin occurring in the city…
While pursuing a mission, Gamyi Wai agent Ngo Siu-fung loses his memory in an accident. As he begins to slowly piece back memories of his past, he realizes that he was once a vicious, unreasonable, and merciless Gamyi Wai commander. He decides to start anew and change his ways of style, but his colleagues are unable to see past Siu-fung’s history of cruelty, and they continue to treat him unfairly. Fortunately for Siu-fung, he saves Chu Wan-man, grandson of the emperor, who has dressed himself in plain clothes to observe the commoners of the city. The two become good friends and Wan-man appoints Siu-fung as his personal bodyguard.
The emperor dies, his posthumous edict robbed, and the kingdom is left with no heir. The princes all desire the throne, leaving the kingdom unprotected from future attacks. Impatient, Wan-man orders Siu-fung to find the edict as soon as possible to stabilize the chaotic situation. The powerful and intelligent fourth prince Chu Dai, titled the Prince of Yin, also sends his most trusted adviser Ma Sam-bo to investigate the case. Fighting to retrieve the edict, Siu-fung and Sam-bo undergo a battle of wits and skill. They start an ambiguous friendship – though they see each other as equals, they are unable to work together because their loyalties lie elsewhere.
The edict is retrieved and Wan-man ascends to the throne, crowned as the Kin-man Emperor. Soon after his coronation, mysterious cases begin to occur around the kingdom. Someone with an ulterior motive is intentionally framing Dai of starting a coup. Though Dai is later proven to be innocent, Wan-man becomes really cautious of him. Aware that the new emperor has intentions in killing him, Dai raises an army to overthrow him. Under the slogan of “clearing the court and pacifying national disaster” (清君側、靖國難), Dai starts a coup d’état, that is later known to be called the Jingnan campaign.

Simple Pleasure in life's tiniest thing...
I like this photo that we took at Changi Villiage... unlike other couples where they are on dates, they always either go out for coffee, lunch, dinner or movies. For us, we love to visit places like beach, parks or any places where we could just enjoy the nature view, snaps some photos and drink coffee...

Changi Village - Revisit!

At my previous post on Changi Boardwalk, i mention that i'm going to revist Changi Village to capture sunset....
Hmmm, well i didn't managed to capture any sunset cos the weather is simply too hot for us to wait till evening time.

So we walk around, snap a few photos here and there. Ate the famous food there.... and quickly make our way to Tampines Mall! Need to hide in air-con places.

Dear's favourite - Fried Carrot Cake!
After our escape from Changi Village, we went to Tampines mall and i bought Garretts Popcorn which i've been wanting to try ever since they are in Singapore.
And just nice they just open a new store in Tampines Mall... Thought its quite costly for a small pack of popcorn but i still prefer the kettle corn that i ate in San Francisco.

Our tired yet happy face.
After the hot weather and non windy day... we ended the day with a happy face and vow to catch sunset soon at Changi Village!

Changi Boardwalk ~ March 2011

Since last year, I've been wanting to go to Changi Boardwalk - Sunset Walk to capture sunset! I love the golden tone in the sky.. But for many reasons, i wasn't able to make it last years.

So I decided to make a trip to Changi Boardwalk this year March.. Once i step foot into Changi Village, I realise that it has not change much. ( The previous time i was there was really donkey years ago!)

Though it's a pity that i didn't manage to capture the sunset cos we didn't know which way to go to the boardwalk.. ended up we walk a big round.. By then, the sun has set..

Later Im going to revist Changi Boardwalk again.. and this time round.. Im going to capture sunset!
Heheheh

In the mean time while waiting for my bf to meet, i should learn how to capture beautiful sunset photos!
