Wedding Highlights (Part 2)

Part 2 of the Wedding Highlights...

For this wedding, I did quite a number of DIY but due to some reasons, I didn't bring the Guest's name pinwheels.

Enjoy the pictures from One Eye Click. Photographer: Julien

If you're holding your solemnization at the Glass Pavilion, there is this special bell for couples to ring. Not sure the age of this bell, but it has been blessed up many couples before us. A special little highlight.

In the mood for scrapbooking!

It's been a while since I last sign up for any scrapbook / crafting classes.

So while I was browsing thru Papermarket website and saw this beginners class with a 12" photo frame  So I thought why not? Since it's at $49 and it comes with a 12x12" photo frame which is great for me to scrap on our wedding photos.  Make a call and place my name for the class.

Was beyond my surprised that I'm the only student in the class.. so it's kind like a private class. Which I'm so happy to attend cos I get to ask the instructor all the techniques that I've seen on the website but couldn't really get it done and this instructor is really good cos she really share all the tricks and techniques with me!

So here is what I have done!

And right now my hands are itching to do this project!!

Image from 2 Peas in a Bucket
I always browse thru 2 peas in a bucket's website especially  their free classes. Learn quite a few techniques and ideas from these classes.

And to start this project.. here are some tips to get in done..

  1. Start with a blank slate
  2. Get messy with mists
  3. Forget about paper trimmer
  4. Use some washi tape.
Since I'm on leave today... might as well get my hands to scrap!

IT Geeks

I'm not really an IT geek. I'm happy with my 5 years old Acer lappy which I know will die on my any time but I refuse to change until it's certified DEAD!

On my previous post I shared that my hand phone  Samsung S2 drowned!! Yes, a very careless me wanted to be a nice wife. Changed the bed sheets  unaware that my phone is within the sheets that when inside the washing machine. It's only minutes later that I realized that my phone is inside the washing machine filled with 3/4 tank of water. Haiz.

Sent for repair, finally got the quotation from the guy after 2 weeks!! $160 to service. Haiz. I damn heart pain but what to do... my teleco contract not up yet. So no choice have to service.

Another 6 more months to go before I can re contract without paying any additional charges early termination of contract. I find that silly but that's the way SG works. Especially the teleco service provider. I would agree that if one terminate their line premature or downgrade to a lower subscription fees; the teleco impose such penalty is reasonable. But an existing customer that it's going to re-contract again, they also have to impose such rules. Haiz. #$%&!!@(&

So I have to pray hard that within this 6  months, the repaired S2 don't go bonkers on me. Cos I desperately need this phone to survive till I can recontract and Mr Lee don't think it's a good idea for me to pay extra $$ for breaking the contract. He actually sms me something really sweet.. that if I really want an iphone 5, he will purchase it off the shelves for me and we just sell off the S2.

Hehehe.. at that point when I received his sms, I think he so stubborn, cannot understand my point. Than after awhile, I read his msg again. My husband actually loves me alot and willing to give me anything that I want. (^_^v)

Hmmm... I'm secretly eyeing on HTC phones. Not sure why though..... Lots of rumors are speculating that S4 is coming up. Not sure when too?!

I'm hoping that HTC One will release soon. As i perfer HTC One over Butterfly.
Heheheh
HTC Butterfly
