My favourite TVB drama is having a sequel!!!

Yeah! Saw on twitter and also checked out YouTube videos on TVB 2012 drama presentation and finally Triumph in the Skies is having a sequel!!!

Triumph in the skies 1 - year 2003

I've been waiting for this sequel to happen for the longest time! It's also because of this movie, I'm so inspired to go to ROME for my honeymoon!




When the first Triumph in the Skies airs, I chase this drama relentlessness.. Never missed an episode. Imagine chasing this drama with 40 episodes. Still I love the Sam & Zoe character. Their proposal is sooo romantic. Yup, Mine wasn't that romantic but I think when I receive my wedding bands.. he's going to do something romantic. (I hope, keeping my fingers cross)

Seriously I can't wait for this drama to air!!!! Yeah one of the few tvb drama that I'm going to watch every night without fail!

Good Bye 2011 & Hello 2012

In year 2011, I've been thru good times and bad times.. work hard enough and hope that my boss will recognize my work.. Spent quality time with myself, improving my photography skills, attended Photoshop workshop, learn many times esp working in a big event and most importantly, I got engaged to the man I love..

In year 2012, i believe my road is uncertain but I'm sure I will try my best to work things out. And i hope that some of my resolutions will be strike off from my list!!
Looking forward to a new year with a open heart and ready for any hurdles that's going to come in my way!

Christmas - boxing day 2011

This year's christmas and boxing day might not be very interesting or happening - like hitting the club / pubs!

As I grow older, I don't have the energy to stay up late at clubs and I hate those loud techno music... It hurts my ear! I prefer live band or jazz lounge where you could chill and relax, chat with friends and etc...

So backtrack, this year I spent the day with my fiance and I love every min of it cos we both just love to watch movies thus we had movie marathon!! Cheap and good dinner at my nearby food court + playing with sparklers to end the day for Christmas.

We didn't purchase presents for each other as we both didn't want anything. The fact that we have each other, always loving, have faith is already the greatest gift!

And during Boxing day... I met up with the gals from work ( the close ones ) for chalet. Though I would love to stay overnight but too bad i got to work the next day.. We had fun just having lunch, watching half-watched movies, ordering pizza in and gossip... window shopping online..

We also celebrate my BFF from work as her last day with my company. Going to miss her, especially those gossip chat time we have during work.. can't call her from my work place. But I still wish her my very best in her new job!

They gave me a surprise belated birthday cake cos when it's my birthday last Nov, all of them are either having exams, busy with work or on tight budget so we didn't meet up for our usual birthday gathering.. Thus they decide to post celebrate with me!! Really caught me by surprise and am very touched by they gesture!

My mood for scrapping!

Some of the altered arts scrapbooking gifts for my close friends. Nothing beats more than giving someone a handmade gift.

I also did an altered art clipboard.. This clipboard is siting on my office's workspace.. Thought that altering a clipboard is going to be hard. But actually.. I'ts quite easy, might altered more for my friends!

This Christmas was spent with my fiance, it's out first Christmas together. Didn't bought him any gifts cos when i asked him what he wants for Christmas, he replied that, "All I want for Christmas is You".. I just smile and think... Hmm, I'm engaged to a sweetest man though he may not be a romantic kind of guy but it's the small little details that makes my heart flutter..

Have a holly jolly Christmas!!

This year my Christmas is a special one.. Cos I going to spend it with my family n love one..

Its my first Christmas dinner tgt with my fiance's family. Quite fun and the food is good too!

Doing nothing much as we both dislike crowds so we are not going down to town..

So mainly just movie marathon at hm, make full use of my wii games set n playing sparklers!

What's the market rate for Chinese Wedding Dinner?

This year 2011 & 2012 have 'hot' dates like 11.11.11, 20.11.2011 etc, thus many wedding dinners!

Just in December month alone, I already have 2 red bombs!!!
So many of my friends would usually ask what's the market rate for the wedding dinner?
For me.. I usually give $80 - $100 for those normal 3-4 stars hotel wedding lunch / dinner. Only those really high end hotels like MBS, Four Seasons, Grand Hyatt etc than will give slight more than $100 (also have to base on the friendship of the wedding couple)

So as i source around for any guideline on wedding ang bao.. I come across this article. Found it quite interesting.
