{Family}

After soooo long, I've finally SCRAP!!!!

Yup.. and all these are done while Im watching Ghost Whisper Season 5 and in between a Hongkong's TVB Drama... I didn't know that Im such a super mulit tasker!! LOL!

Anyway, this afternoon as i was cleaning up my room.. I keep telling myself that i need to do a layout on my family! It's been awhile since we took a family photo together. This photo was taken during this year's Chinese New Year Eve. Can't wait for the next reunion dinner that we will be having.

Cos due to our lifestyle and working schedule, thought we may live under the same roof but we seldom have the chance to dine together. Thus that what CNY eve are for!! hehehehe

Ok! So here is my layout... and simple one yet i find it beautiful enough to show my family love..

Harry Potter and the Death Hallow (Part One)

Just watched this movie at Downtown East... as usual ALONE. Because Mr Li isn't a fan of movie watchers... Thus I've to watch it myself.

Feels quite ok to watch movie by myself..

The final chapter of Harry Potter Saga

This movie is alot better than compare to the previous sequel... Lots of details.. and great graphics!
Now Im looking forward to part 2...

Hmm, maybe i shall read the book again to refresh my memory..
Can't wait for part 2 to show in cinema next year 2011..

Shopping for bags..

Everyone should have at least

1 - Status Bag
A great bag you love will instantly lift any outfit

Look For:
-Think of this as an investment - it should be something you'll adore for a long time.
- A style that portrays your personality can become your signature piece, so look for colours or

Stay Away From:
-Overly trendly or recongisable It bags that'll be passe after a season,

1- Work bag
A durable bag that'll fit your files and laptop

Look For:
-Structured designs. A bag this size needs to hold its own shape whether it's empty or stuffed.
-Neturals like black, brown or tan go with anything
-A hardy material that will wear well and look smart
-Consider a smaller wristlet bag for essentials that you can stow in your work bag and take out for lunch or meetings.

Stay Away From:
-Overly trendy details that'll look loud in the office

1- messenger bag
The perfect bag for shopping or travel, this let your hands-free

Look For:
- A strap that's sturdy and adjustable - you can wear it longer across your body, and shorter on one shoulder
-An easy-acess opening you can manage with one hand

Stay Away From:
-Too skinny, cord like straps will cut into your shoulder
-Buckles or zips that might damage clothing

1- Evening Bag
A special occasion outfit calls for a glamorous bag

Look For:
-Luxe materials and beautiful detailing, like beading, sequins, embroidery etc. This will need to stand up to scrutiny of dinner companions.
-Cluthes are a classic and elegant evening option

Stay Away From:
-Too danity clutches that can't fit everything you need.

A new place to hold...

All my scrapbook pattern papers...

Aren't they pretty!! Im going to get one of these from Made With love!

My old chest of drawers that contains all my scrapbooks loots are starting to fall apart. Especially the drawers, as my scrapbook loots increase.. all the drawers crave in due to the heavy weight. Haiz.. =(

And my mother was so kind that she actually went to Ikea to help me to purchase a new book shelve for me to store all my loots.. Right now, im just waiting for my new book shelve to arrive and i can start to organise my scrapping loots..  And i believe that my room will be much tidier...

If only i have a scrapbook room all by myself..

All the scrap rooms are making me green with envy!

When i have my own flat, definitely going to renovate 1 of the room as my scrap room!! Yeah!

Post HongkongTrip 2010 - Day 1

So fast since my 4D3N Hongkong trip has pass. Times really flies pass when you're having fun!

Had enjoyable time in Hongkong and loved their shopping.

But a word of cautious, do NOT plan to go shopping in Hongkong over the weekends.. it's super crowded espcially at those streets like (Ladies Market & Temple Streets)!! And you'll get pushed by all the locals that you don't even have the mood to shop at all.

So I've learned by lessons (cos all my previous trip to Hongkong is usually on weekdays, had even encounter a weekend in HK).

Ok... Here's my recount of the day..

- Depart at 640am via Jetstar Asia in Changi Airport..
- Arrival at 1040am in HK International Airport

- Took Cityflyer bus A22 to Largos Hotel.
Count 4 stops including the one taken from airport.. Bus will arrive in front of the hotel.. Just walk less than 2 mins, you'll see the hotel!

I love Largos Hotel's location. It's very near the MTR (Jordan Exit B2) and right in front of bus stops, 7-11 stores. so to compensae for the small hotel room size... one can't complain much..
There isn't much to shop around the hotel..
The area is quite safe for females traveller to roam around even late at night...

- Went to Austrailan Dairy Company for lunch.. had to que for quite abit but very fast we got our space. As usual, me need to share table with the locals and it's really really pack on weekends!

Nice wanton mee next door

And after we settle our empty stomach...we went straight to shopping!!!

Like i said it's crowded so i didn't purchase much.. If im going to HK again, i won't choose weekend! I would go back on weekdays, much easiler to shop..

Start off with Fa Yuen Street - Mongkok Station Exit B2

On our way to Argyle Centre - Mongkok Station D2

Cheaper than SG

Hui Lau Shan - a mango dessert that can never be missed!

Ladies Market

My loots for the day
Didn't purchase much items on the first day..
Managed to get a wedge heels, bags, earrings and tee for my brother. A keychain for B..
